By subscribing to The Cozy Dispatch, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them simple and transparent, just as we intend our letters to be.

The Cozy Dispatch is sent via standard mail. If your letter does not arrive or appears to be lost in transit, please let us know. We’re happy to resend your dispatch when possible.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel before the 15th of the month, you will receive a refund for any remaining, undelivered dispatches. Cancellations made after the 15th will apply to the following month.

The Cozy Dispatch is created for the personal enjoyment of our subscribers.

All content — including letters, artwork, recipes, and written materials — is the intellectual property of The Cozy Dispatch. Please do not reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any part of the content without written permission. All rights reserved.

From time to time, the contents or format of The Cozy Dispatch may evolve as we continue to grow. Any changes will always reflect the spirit and intention of the subscription.
